Join Walworth County Public Health on our Road to Community by participating in the Road to Community Poster Contest! Three winners will be selected & receive a professional print of their poster & have it displayed in their community, in addition to other prizes!

Poster Theme: What does community mean to you?
A few things you can think about when making your poster:

  • What is your favorite thing about your community?
  • What makes you happy when you're able to be out in your community?
  • What are your hopes for the future of your community?

Pick up your blank Road to Community Poster at any of the locations listed below. Fill out the submission form on the back of the poster & submit it to any of the locations by July 22, 2021 to be entered into the contest!

R2C Poster Contest (2)

Voting will occur July 26th - July 30th on Walworth County Health & Human Services' Facebook page. The three posters with the most likes will receive prizes!

Be sure to stop by the Walworth County Public Health booth at National Night Out on August 3rd at the Walworth County Fairgrounds to see your poster on display and take it home!

Official Contest Rules

  1. All ages may participate in the contest. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
  2. Only one entry per person.
  3. Artwork must be the original artwork of the entrant and must not have been previously published or released commercially.
  4. Artwork must not contain any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, personal addresses, license  plates, phone numbers, names.
  5. Copyrighted, trademarked products, brand names or logos, and advertisements may not be used in artwork.
  6. Artwork must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  7. Entrants must use the 11x17 Road to Community poster provided.
  8. Crayons, pencils, paint, markers, stickers, craft embellishments, or printed magazine/paper materials can be used to create artwork.
  9. No computer generated or digitally created graphics.
  10. Posters not picked up at National Night Out on 8/3/21 will be discarded.

Contest Disclosures

  1. All submitted posters will be posted on Walworth County Health & Human Services' Facebook page, website, and at participating Walworth County libraries.
  2. By submission of poster, submitter agrees to allow display, reproduction, and use of the poster by Walworth County and participating contest partners.
  3. Walworth County is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen submissions and cannot guarantee return of each submission.
  4. Walworth County reserves the right to not display any submissions that Walworth County, in its discretion, determines to be inappropriate, vulgar, discriminatory, or not in keeping with the guidance specified, or designs that contain content inconsistent with the positive images to which the contest was intended.
  5. Prizes may not be traded or sold and do not hold any cash value.
