If you’re turning 65, new to Medicare and need assistance, the Walworth County ADRC is great place to start.

Welcome to Medicare Workshops
If you will become eligible for Medicare soon, it may be beneficial for you to attend one of the Welcome to Medicare workshops at the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Walworth County. These workshops will cover what you need to know about your Medicare benefits, options, insurance coverage and medication coverage.
The workshops are held in the Walworth County Room at Walworth County Health and Human Services, 1910 County Rd NN, Elkhorn. Attendees are encouraged to bring a list of their current medications for a Medicare Part D assessment. To register call (262) 741-3400 or 1-800-365-1587.

If you are not able to come to a workshops for health reasons, we ask that you watch the Medicare 101 video and visit www.medicare.gov. After viewing the video, you can call and a folder will be mailed to you with the option to set up a phone consultation with the Elder Benefit Specialist.
