State Trail Pass Icon

Trail Passes

A trail pass is required for:

  • Bicycle riders 16 years of age and older. 
  • Horseback riders.  (Horseback riders must also obtain a State Trail Pass)

A trail pass is not required for walking or jogging on the trail.

Trail passes cost $5.00 per day, or $25.00 per year and can be purchased at the self-registration stations (see Trail Access / Locations below).  The trail pass fee is the same for Wisconsin residents and non-Wisconsin residents.

Various vendors also have trail passes available for purchase, such as:

  • City of Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce
  • Walworth County Public Works Department
  • Pedal & Cup in Springfield
  • Bob's Pedal Pusher in Burlington
  • Walworth County Visitor's Bureau
