White River County Park the County’s largest park. With nearly 200 acres and two miles of frontage along the White River, this park features:
- A Canoe/Kayak Launch
- Cross Country Skiing
- Seasonal Hunting and Trapping (by Permit Only)
- Walking Trails
The shelter is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact 262-741-3114, Option 2, to determine if the shelter is available for a specific date.

Hunting & Trapping
Hunting and trapping is allowed with a permit from Walworth County. There is no charge for the permit. There are a maximum of 8 permits allowed per day.
