  • Vaccination Schedule: To make sure you keep up with your child’s vaccinations, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has created an easy schedule.
  • Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR): The Wisconsin Immunization Registry electronically stores immunization records for Wisconsin residents in a secure system. Parents can look up their child’s records online or access their own.
