Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)
The Behavioral Health Division provides multiple mental health case management programs for eligible consumers struggling with a qualifying mental health diagnosis and requiring more than outpatient treatment to meet their mental health needs.

Crisis Intervention services are available to persons of all ages. Services are voluntary unless a situation presents with substantial probability of physical harm to self or others.

Youth Justice
The Youth Justice unit provides intake, supervision and case management services to youth, ages 5 and up, who are at risk for formal court involvement. The team is responsible for holding youth accountable for their behaviors, while acknowledging there are factors specific to youth that play a role in their actions.
