Lakeland School employs four Speech and Language therapists. Their role is to evaluate and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Students range in age from 3 to 21 years.
Services
Service models include co-teaching with other therapists, as well as classroom teachers, and/or individual or small group therapy. A variety of high and low technology is utilized to support communication, including the use of smartboards, iPads, speech generating devices, and pictures.
