Required fees must be submitted with any applications that are printed from this website to be considered valid.
Consult the green-shaded boxes on the forms page for a link to pertinent fees associated with your application.
Applications that are printed from this website must be filled out manually (typed if desired) and either mailed or delivered to the office in person. At this time we are not able to accept online applications or process fees electronically.
Please read the following statements to avoid preventable delays of your application:
I realize that without a fee, Walworth County is unable to process the information on the application.
I further realize that if I do not submit the required fee with a permit application the permit will be considered incomplete and not placed on an agenda.
I also realize that if the permit would be canceled by applicant or representative, Walworth County cannot refund the entire permit fee due to the time spent reviewing such application.
I realize that if I have not submitted the required fee and application form, the permit acceptance and issuance will not occur in a timely manner.
Most importantly, I realize that if I am unsure of the required fee or proper form to use, I should make an appointment to consult with appropriate staff.
