Walworth County Farmland Preservation Plan

Wisconsin's farmland preservation program provides tax credits to landowners that participate in the program.  Walworth County implements its program through farmland preservation zoning.  Landowners participating in the program must meet soil and water conservation standards to be eligible for the credit.  Properties are certified for compliance annually.
