Lakeland’s clinical staff is available 24 hours per day, utilizing Registered Nursing staff complimented by Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants who deliver the highest quality nursing care to each of our residents, encouraging them to reach their optimal state of health and well-being.
We are dedicated to the Person Centered Care model and work closely with residents, families and the rest of the interdisciplinary team, to formulate a plan of care designed around the resident’s goals.

Contracted Clinic Service
Contracted clinic services are also available on a monthly basis, allowing residents to see a dentist, hygienist, optometrist and podiatrist without ever leaving the facility.
