The Human Resources Department is responsible for functions related to all employees of Walworth County. These functions include recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, labor law compliance, training and development, organizational development, and performance management. As a strategic partner, Human Resources develops programs that attract, develop, retain, and engage a skilled and diverse workforce. The Human Resources team supports 20 County Departments and provides guidance to ensure that each employee can work in an environment that allows them to be their best self.
