About Us
The Employee Wellness Council is a volunteer committee made up of employees from various departments throughout the County. The Wellness Council meets on a bimonthly basis to share ideas on how to provide our employees with creative opportunities to improve and sustain personal health and wellbeing.
 
 

 

 

5th Annual Get Fit 5k Trail Run/Walk

May 17th

Join the Employee Wellness Council at the Kettle Moraine State Forest Southern Unit - Nordic Trailhead on May 17th for our 5th annual Get Fit 5k Trail Run/Walk.

Proceeds go to support Wellness Council activites throughout the year.

This year, a portion of the proceeds will go to support the Walworth County Back-to School Supply drive

Couch Potato to Get Fit 5k Challenge

March 23rd - May 17th

Transorm from couch potato to runner in just 2 months! If you can walk for 25 minutes, you can do this program!

The Couch Potato to Get Fit 5k Challenge work out plan consists of incremental 30-40 minute work outs three times a week for 8 weeks. Check out the full workout plan below!

Participate in the Couch Potato to Get Fit 5k Challenge and run in the Get Fit 5k, receive an "I survived the Couch Potato to Get Fit 5k Challenge" t-shirt!
