About Us
  The Employee Wellness Council is a volunteer committee made up of employees from various departments throughout the County. The Wellness Council meets on a bimonthly basis to share ideas on how to provide our employees with creative opportunities to improve and sustain personal health and wellbeing.

Take the Challenge

Not to gain more than 2 pounds during the holidays

Challenge runs from November 21st to    January 14th

Teams of 3-5 people will report their weight several times during challenge

Team combined weight must stay within 2 lbs per member of starting team weight. 

Teams that meet weekly goal will be put in drawing for prizes

Session 1 - January 16 to February 27, 2017

Monday 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm Piloxing Gov Center - Basement$35/session or $8 walk-in Rachel
Session 1 - January 17 to February 28, 2017
Tuesday 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm Boot Camp Gov Center - Basement$35/session or $7 walk-inMichele
Session 1 - January 18 to March 1, 2017
Wednesday 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm Zumba Gov Center - Basement$35/session or $8 walk-inRachel
This schedule covers 7 weeks, but students are only charged for 6. An extra week is scheduled into the session in case class must be canceled. If we do not cancel any of the classes, students can decide if they would rather take a week off or pay for 1 additional class.

Each class must have a minimum of 7 participants pre-registered to run. 
Participants must register with instructor by January 5th indicating whether attending session or walk-in.
Registration is non-refundable.
