you can walk for 25 minutes, you can do this program!
The Couch Potato to Get Fit 5k Challenge work out plan
consists of incremental 30-40 minute work outs three times a
week for 8 weeks. Check out the full workout plan below!
Participate in the Couch Potato to Get Fit 5k Challenge and
run in the Get Fit 5k, receive an "I survived the Couch
