Herrera was in the Walworth County Huber Dorm serving time as a condition of
probation for Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Carrying a
Concealed Weapon when he failed to return from work to the huber dorm on May
15th, 2008. Herrera was
taken into custody by Walworth PD on May 21, 2008 and returned to the
Walworth County Jail. He
remained on the jailside on a probation hold until the court granted him
huber privileges on August 20, 2008 on another condition of probation.
On August 28, 2008 Herrera failed to return to the huber dorm after
being released to go to work and has not been seen since.
