VITAL RECORDS

The Walworth County Register of Deeds Office has birth, death and marriage records for events that occurred in Walworth County.  Domestic Partnerships and Terminations of Domestic Partnerships can also be filed as of 8/3/2009.  Applicants must have a direct and tangible interest in order to obtain a certified copy of any vital record.  Please click on the appropriate application form below.  In most instances, orders are processed on the day received or the day following.  NOTE:  At least one form of valid identification which contains your current name and address is required to accompany each request.
