The primary responsibility of the purchasing division is to procure goods and
services on behalf of county departments. Purchasing staff utilize a
competitive bid process to maximize the purchasing value of public funds and
assure fair and equitable treatment to all persons involved in public
purchasing. Formal Requests for Bids/Proposals are solicited in compliance
with county purchasing procedures.
