As we wrap up 2018, I'd just like to thank all of the families for your continued support with everything we do here at Lakeland School.  Waffles with Santa was once again a huge success and we couldn't have done it without the families and the community showing their support for us.  If you haven't heard, Mars Resort on Lake Como has been supporting Lakeland School for almost 25 years through a fundraiser they put on during the month of December. The money raised is used to buy the prizes for the raffle and auction items at the Lakeland School Fest in May. This is how it works:

Buy a Ball for $1.00 to support Lakeland School and you could win:

Red slip wins a free drink

                  Pink slip wins a dollar

                  Green slip wins $2.00

Purple slip wins a free ball

Yellow wins a half price app, bowl of soup/chili/hotdog or brat

Black slip wins $5.00 and of course the rest lose, but hopefully you had a good time.

Thank you to all of the families that attended Parent-Teacher Conferences!  The relationships we continue to build as a team between Family and School are so important in the development of our Lakeland Students.  Thanks for all of your support and dedication!!!!

An important reminder is that the PRINCIPAL'S COFFEE has been cancelled for Thursday, December 14th as I will be attending a Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports workshop in Pewaukee!  I look forward to seeing you at the next PRINCIPAL'S COFFEE scheduled for January 25th.

Lakeland School is so thankful for the support we receive from our community year-round, but it is extremely noticeable and arppreciative around the holidays.  Jutta Rupe, Helen Vigansky, Elkhorn Lion's Club, Seeds of Hope, and F.O.L.S. Waffles With Santa, are just a few of the many supporters of Lakeland School during our Holiday Season.  We are so thankful for everything that they do! Monday, April 3, 2017

Greetings from the office of Mr. Conrardy or Mr. C.  My name is Mr. Matthew (Matt) Conrardy.  Since I’m the new person on campus, I thought it would be appropriate for you to know a few things about myself.

I am originally from Racine, WI. and graduated in 2003 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a degree in Elementary Education.  In 2008, I completed my Master’s Degree through Aurora University with a Master’s in Educational Leadership. This is my 14th year in education.  For the last 11 years I was both a second and fifth grade teacher at Eastview Elementary in Lake Geneva.  I also taught three years in Carson City, NV before returning to Wisconsin in 2006.

I have been married for thirteen years to my wonderful wife, who is also a teacher/interventionist in the Muskego School District.  We have a very active nine- year-old son who is a third grader this year.  In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activities with my family including hunting, hiking, camping, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.  Well, the Chicago Bears part isn’t a family activity since my wife happens to be a Packer fan!

I’m really looking forward to becoming an active part of the Lakeland School Family.  Please don’t hesitate to stop in or discuss any questions you may have throughout the year.  I look forward to this opportunity to work with all of you.

Matt Conrardy
