Dear Families & Friends,

Welcome to Lakeland School.  This is our fourth year working in our new facility and we continue to grow with new innovations and staff trainings to better serve our students.  I cannot say enough about the team work and collaboration amongst our staff to utilize the best techniques and/or equipment to benefit our students.

Our goal is to maximize each student's learning to develop into respectful and responsible members of society.  We continue to increase the amount of time our students are out in the community to carry over what they learn in the classroom to real life situations.  We are also expanding our post high school programming that will focus on transition skills, by applying those skills the students have acquired in high school to experiences in the adult world.

I am proud of our staff who challenge each of our students to be the best they can be.
