Family Support Program

This program attempts to relieve some of the stress of families who have children with severe disabilities. Families are eligible who have a child under 22 years of age with a severe disability who lives at home. By providing supportive services, the program tries to enhance the family's ability to care for their children at home.

The Family Support Program has very limited funding. Thus, a family's eligibility does not guarantee that the family will receive services. Eligible families may be placed on a waiting list.
