to Three Services
Birth
to Three is an early intervention program for children with developmental
delays and/or disabilities. The program serves these children from birth
to 36 months of age, and serves both the children and their families.
Eligibility for this program is not affected by family
income. However, parents may need to contribute to the cost of services.
