Independent Living Program
Independent Living Services are provided to juveniles who
are 15 years old or older who are currently living in a foster home or
have lived in a foster home. These services are designed to help these
juveniles with the transition from adolescence to adulthood. The
services may include mentoring, financial assistance with education,
medical and/or mental health services, assistance with finding
employment, with arranging for transportation and housing, and for
personal supports and guidance.
