Comprehensive
Community Services (CCS)
Walworth County
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program is a voluntary treatment program
designed to provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals across
the lifespan. This program is designed for those consumers who are determined to
require more than outpatient counseling but less than the services provided by a
community support program.
Services are provided
through the use of a wraparound model that is flexible, consumer directed,
recovery oriented and strength based. The focus of CCS is to provide for a
maximum reducation of the effets of the consumers' mental and substance
abuse disorders, restore consuemrs to the best possible level of
functioning, as well as independence and to facilitate consumers in their
recovery.
CCS provides a range of
treatment, rehabilitiation and support services through an identified
service array. Services provided are individualized to each individual's
needs for psychosocial rehabilitation as identified through the
comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
