Senior Lunch Centers
Five senior dining centers provide nutritious noon
meals to persons
who are aged 60 and older. (See locations below). In addition to
providing a good meal, senior dining centers offer an opportunity for
older adults to socialize with other members of their community.
Affordable, home-style meals are served.
Several of the senior dining centers also offer bingo, educational,
and recreational activities. Donations to offset the cost of the meals
are appreciated, but persons unable to contribute the suggested amount
will continue to be welcome.
Reservations are required at least one business day in advance to
hold a meal at a senior dining center.
To make a reservation, call the center you will be
attending between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. the day before you plan to
attend. Reservations for Monday meals must be made on Friday. You can also make a
reservation by calling the
DHHS Nutrition Program at 262-741-3333
or by calling toll-free 800-365-1587, ext 3333.
Transportation is available to most of the
senior dining centers for an additional fee. Contact the Transportation
department at 262-741-3168 for
