Long Term Care Programs

Long Term Care programs are state and federally funded programs that offer information and financial assistance to persons with long term illnesses or disabilities who wish to live in their own homes or in community settings. These program represent the belief that persons living in nursing homes, or at risk of entering a nursing home or institution, should have the option of leading a meaningful life at home or in a safe, home-like environment.

Long Term Care programs include:

Supplemental Security Income (SSI-E)
