Project title: Designing a service to help people participate in adaptive
sports and recreation
The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The Medical
College of Wisconsin is developing a service to support participation in
adaptive sports and recreation among individuals with a disability. To
design a service that most closely matches the needs of the community,
information about adaptive sports and recreation, preferences, and
demographic information from individuals with disabilities is needed.
This information will be collected via an online, anonymous survey.
