The File Procurement System is used to request data from Walworth County.

When requesting data, please enter all of the information below and click the Submit button. You will receive an email that says we have received your request.

A Walworth County employee will try to process your request. If they have any questions, they will email you. When your request is completed, you will receive an email stating the request has been completed and how you can retrieve your files.
