The Clerk of Circuit Court is a Wisconsin Constitutional
Officer who is a liaison between the circuit courts, County Administrator,
County Board, State Legislators, Director of State Courts, the media and the
public. By statute, the Clerk is responsible for keeping all court
records, managing the jury, collecting fines, fees and court costs, providing
forms when required and providing general information to the public.
